Work Rules

1. General Rules

These rules establish the framework for interactions between Armour Ukraine and clients regarding protective film installation services. All cooperation is conducted in accordance with Ukrainian law and the company's quality standards.

2. Order Processing Steps

1. Contact with a manager. 2. Consultation and film selection. 3. Vehicle inspection and cost calculation. 4. Agreement on terms and timeline. 5. Payment or deposit. 6. Film installation. 7. Work acceptance.

3. Vehicle Requirements

For quality film installation, the following is required: clean bodywork without major damage; no corrosion in installation zones; surface temperature above 10°C; dry surface; accessible work areas.

4. Installation Conditions

Installation is carried out indoors at 18–25°C with adequate lighting. After installation, clients must: avoid washing the vehicle for 7 days; avoid operating below -10°C; avoid chemical products in installation zones for 30 days.

5. Payment & Pricing

Service cost depends on installation area, film type, work complexity, and urgency. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The final price is agreed upon after vehicle inspection.

6. Warranty & Service

Film warranty: up to 10 years. Labor warranty: 2 years. Both cover manufacturing and installation defects. For warranty claims, contact our manager at 077-500-25-25.

7. Responsibilities

The company undertakes to: perform work to a high standard and within agreed timelines; use only original materials; honor warranty obligations. The client undertakes to: provide accurate information; make timely payments; follow post-installation recommendations.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties shall seek resolution through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law. Claims are accepted within the warranty period.
