1. General Provisions
Armour Ukraine operates by selling protective films for vehicles and providing installation services. Use of armour-ppf.com constitutes agreement with these terms of use. These terms govern the relationship between the company and clients when placing orders and receiving services.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed via the website or by calling 077-500-25-25. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Full payment occurs after manager confirmation. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may vary depending on exchange rates.
3. Delivery and Installation
Services cover all of Ukraine. Installation is performed by qualified specialists. Timelines are arranged individually with each client. Material delivery is carried out by reliable logistics companies within 1–3 business days.
4. Warranty
All protective films are covered by a warranty of up to 10 years. The warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects. Damage resulting from misuse, mechanical impact, or chemical exposure is not covered by the warranty.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Installed films cannot be returned. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company will replace the product or issue a refund.
6. Confidentiality
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and used exclusively for order processing and service delivery. The company does not share personal data with third parties without client consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
The company is responsible for the quality of services and products provided. Clients must provide accurate information when placing orders. The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or incorrect client data.
8. Policy Changes
The company reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
